Today is the day after Thanksgiving and that Range was used all day yesterday! Started with finishing up baking gingerbread pieces for our annual after Thanksgiving project and ended the day with a flurry of activity getting dinner on the table. The whole surface of e stovetop was in use at one time and both ovens working. Used the oven probe for the turkey- I think it was more right than I thought! The workspace is large and easy to clean and the ovens keep great temperature stability. Have used the Proof setting for bread and rolls (what a great thing!) and often use the griddle for pancakes, sandwiches and quesadillas. People who don™€™t think you will use all the features will be amazed at how useful they all are and how much easier it is to cook in new and creative ways. Absolutely no regrets with this purchase.

I have only had the range for one week but so far I love it! It™€™s truly a beautiful range and everyone who sees it comments on how beautiful it is. But it™€™s not only beautiful it™€™s been a dream to use. I use the small oven more frequently as there are only 3 in the house. I made a large Easter dinner and had both ovens that were different temps and was able to fit 5 different pans and trays and everything turned out amazing. I used the probe and set the temp to 120 and once the meat hit 120, the oven chimed and turned off. The meat was perfect! Used the griddle for eggs, French toast, bacon, and grilled cheese. Love everything about it so far and can™€™t wait to cook my heart out!

I used the oven twice and it now will not turn off. We have to flip off the breaker to keep the oven from heating. And when we asked for it to be fixed you couldn™€™t send anyone until after the first of the year. How am I supposed to feed my family at Christmas without a properly working range?

We really love this range! We do a lot of cooking and entertaining at our house and it has been very useful. Burners work as intended as do the ovens. My few suggestions are the light in the oven is almost useless (surprising for a high end range), using the timer is needlessly complicated and also the ovens take surprisingly long to preheat.

We really enjoy our new range. It looks fantastic and cooks outstandingly well in all aspects. The six burners with various bturanges allow for rapid boiling, and this simmers better than any range we have cooked on. We love the griddle to sear and make specialty dishes. The oven is dual fuel electric, and heats up quickly and cooks evenly. The over the air features to add in air fry are fantastic The smart features allow us to preheat manage and operate the oven even better than expected. This integrates well with all voice assistants and has cool lights as well. We also Inc. the monogram professional hood vent as well.

Monogram Range

Fit well in the newly build home space (supplied by the builder). Have not extensively used to rate the performance fully. The range/oven is working as tested and connected to home wi-fi for remote control. Not sure of the value of remote access via wi-fi or cellular.

The burners are great. Only problem I have is how long it takes to reach oven temperature. It takes much longer than the other oven I had.

We had a Dacor for 18 years and loved it. It finally died. We actually use our range, love cooking, and wanted to get something we could be happy with for another 20 years. So far, so good. We absolutely love it. The griddle surface heats evenly. And the lighted control knobs add a nice touch.

We're very happy with the new Monogram range. The burners are easy to control precisely, the griddle is perfect for searing steaks and burgers, and the over seems to deliver crisper fries than our previous model (haven't tried the air fryer yet). Love the lights on the dials that clearly show when a burner or oven is on.

I love the look, styling and features of this beautiful range. I had a range made by Wolf but it was too industrial and didn™€™t clean up as well as I would have liked, given its age. This one is a breeze to use, clean up and a wonder to behold. Just lovely~Very pleased with our purchase!

Love the range overall. The smaller oven is great for small meals while the larger oven great when cooking for large group or meal. Stove top great and easy to clean. Live the app associated with all the appliances. Only complaint is the same as the other appliances the front surfaces hold fingerprints and spots, and don't clean well.

Faulty product and terrible customer service

I had this range installed as part of a kitchen renovation. Upon installation, we noticed an audible humming/hissing noise emanating from the front panel. After three unsuccessful warranty repair attempts, GE finally agreed to replace the unit. I confirmed with GE that this company could uninstall, replace, and haul off. Upon arrival, they immediately notify me that they cannot work on natural gas appliances. So a wasted day of waiting for the new unit. GE then informs me that they have no one in their network who can uninstall or install a natural gas range. I am tasked personally with finding a subcontractor to do these tasks. This means three more days (uninstall day, delivery/haul-off day/install day) that I have to waste my time waiting on subcontractors. A totally unacceptable process for such an expensive range (or for any range, no matter the price). To GE's credit they are offering a reimbursement of up to $250 to pay for the subcontractors; however, that will likely not be enough to cover two separate trip charges plus hourly labor costs.
